What are possible side effects?

How can I prep for my treatment?
It is best to have injections injections done at least 2 weeks before a large event in case of bruising or swelling. 10 days before your treatment it is also recommended to quit taking any blood thinners such as: Vitamin E, tumeric, fish oil, omegas, garlic, aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve, Midol, Advil, naproxen, and some prescriptions. Do not quit taking prescription medications without consulting your doctor first. Not taking blood thinners will decrease your chance of bruising. It is also recommended to avoid alcoholic beverages 72 hours before your procedure, as well as 24 hours after to minimize any bruising and swelling. It is recommended to take arnica 48 hours before your procedure as well as bromelain to further decrease bruising and swelling risk.
